How to De-pot Urban Decay Primer Potion

Alright guys! I'm going to show you through a photo tutorial on how to get your $$$ work by depotting your Urban Decay Primer Potion. When you use the wand to get the product out it doesn't seem like a lot is coming out, but in actuality there is more product than you really think there is. Here we go!

Basic Tools:
  • Urban Decay Primer Potion
  • Sharp kitchen knife
  • Cutting board or thick cloth
  • Q-tip or mini spatutla
  • Airtight container
Because of the curved shape of the UDPP bottle and the thick consistency of the primer, the wand will only pickup primer in the narrow tunnel formed by the applicator inside. Remove the applicator, and cut the bottle horizontally across the bottle.
See how much primer there is?
Using the wand or Q-tip scoop out all the primer from both halves and place in an airtight container.
It can get a bit messy. When you're done scooping everything out, make sure to wipe off the edges to get a clean container like this.
Now you have it!
